Know your weak times in a week.

Bounce Back Assignment:

Look at your calendar. Are there days of the week you know you feel better or worse? When do you feel most stressed? Are weekends harder? Which of your week’s events or situations make you lose perspective? Are holidays, anniversaries, or birthdays emotional minefields? Know thyself and plan ahead for thyself. Make sure you have fun and calming things to do during Kryptonite times—as well as those Krypto-mornings and Krypto-late-afternoons!
